Meet the founders

We’re Sarah and Andra — teachers, leaders, and creators of Bashing Boredom.
After visiting hundreds of classrooms across the country, one thing became clear: boredom was the biggest barrier to learning. So, we built EngagEd to change that — one classroom at a time.

We’ve designed all parts of EngagEd (the book, the app, the information presented through PD sessions) to make engagement easy, purposeful, and sustainable. We combine the heart of teaching with practical systems that actually work in real classrooms.
